The winners of the tournament directorate's individual awards were announced after the gold medal game, as were the tournament MVP and All-Star Team, as voted by the accredited media at the 2026 Milan-Cortina Winter Olympics.

Canada’s Connor McDavid was named tournament MVP. He led the tournament in scoring, with 13 points in six games, and went on to break the record for most points in one Olympic tournament with NHL participation.

McDavid was also named Best Forward by the tournament directorate. Connor Hellebuyck was named Best Goaltender and his USA teammate Quinn Hughes Best Defender. Hellebuyck posted the best save percentage in the tournament, 95.62. Hughes led all defenders in tournament scoring with eight points in six games.
